I have found him to be friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy ... a difficult combination of traits to find in the auto industry. He explains service work required, helping me to decide whether the work needs to be done immediately or possibly at my next appointment. This week, I had a number of issues that needed to be addressed, adding up to a large amount of money. Jamie went over each one, explained the service needed, the cost involved, and gave me his recommendation to help me make decisions. Because I have come to appreciate him as a service rep., it makes my decision making much easier. I can trust his opinion explicitly. We've dealt with Dorothy Lunney for the past 6 years, bought two Lexus' from Cerritos because of the excellent service and quality.
