No high-pressure sales, no grumpiness even though the final price was slightly below what we initially accepted. I really appreciate these people coz they addressed my concerns and they were very approachable. What I'm not really happy was the guy in the Finance Department, he just talk and deliver what he wants, I know he is a sales person but he didn't even ask me what I need. Maybe because I don't look that much. He is okay but I would rather have another person from Finance. More
