I've been going to Lexus of Chandler for about 9 years now and I've never had any issues with them. I've talked to Mike Wills before about getting a new Lexus and didn't feel pressured at all. Eve years now and I've never had any issues with them. I've talked to Mike Wills before about getting a new Lexus and didn't feel pressured at all. Even though I eventually purchased the car else where he seemed reasonable and not an in your face type of car salesman. Most of my experience with this dealership is using their service department on the two Lexus RXs that I've owned. I used to go to Lexus of Scottsdale before Lexus of Chandler opened up and I wasn't thrilled with them so it was no surprised they eventually closed down. This dealership is very easy going, even the clients in the waiting room are mellow and many bring their laptops. They have always had the car ready when they said it would be ready so I never had to waste time waiting at the dealership. If it's a quick repair and you choose to stay, they have comfy coaches, tv with cable but also quite areas, wi-fi, drinks, cookies - all Free. This might not sound like much but when you are spending $300+ I never understood why some dealerships can't even offer you a glass of water instead of pointing you to a vending machine? Dax Wood has been my service consultant for years and he is Awesome. I call him up and he has ALWAYS been able to help me out even with small stuff over the phone or just had me bring in the car and fixed little issues on the spot. For scheduled maintenance I just call him and he can usually get me in that day and gets me a loaner car, usually another RX. They almost always wash my car when it's there and if it goes in for a recalled item they fill the tank up. The later was especially nice when gas prices were skyrocketing. A good example of their great customer service was when the battery on the car died one month after my warranty expired and the manager replaced it as a courtesy without a fuss. Long story short, this review has been long overdue and I appreciate the work Dax and his team have done..nothing but praise here. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great service. More
I was using another dealership for service until 6 months or so I I decided to try the service at Chandler Lexus. Needless to say I was very impressed with the quality of service received and returned for t or so I I decided to try the service at Chandler Lexus. Needless to say I was very impressed with the quality of service received and returned for the second time just recentley. My Service Advisor Daniel Morales provided excellent advice and service in assessing the problems with the car and recommending solutions. He is probably one of the reasons I chose to return to this dealership after my first visit. He has been fair and honest in addressing my concerns. I expect I will continue to be a customer as long as I own a Lexus vehicle. More
PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, ATTENTIVE and FAIR. My story begins at BELL LEXUS in PHOENIX where I found a pre-owned car online 2012 with only 5,500 miles. The salesman offered me a smokin' good deal and I arranged to drive the 2 hours to purchase the car; running a little later than expected, I called them 30 minutes out to assure them I was on my way and I specifically asked about the condition of the car all the time they were saying "If it was not pre-owned, we would put it in the show room". Upon arriving, they say, "We have something to show you..it JUST happened". He brings me around to the bumper of the car where there was obviously OLD damage/rip to the bumper near the light on the rear right of the car. To appease me, they were willing to fix the bumper telling me that it would NOT show up on Carfax....when in fact any time a panel is replaced on a car, it DOES appear on Carfax. Their characters were shady and aggressive. Luckily, I had also been eyeing essentially the same car (but for a few more miles) at Chandler Lexus. I calledChandler Lexus up and asked them to get the car ready, and I bailed on Bell Lexus and went to Chandler where the CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE ENTIRE PURCHASING EXPERIENCE WAS EXCEPTIONAL....both with the online communication and in-person at the dealership. The car was pristine as they had reported AND for a smokin' deal. My advice: you might get lucky at a shady dealership, but be careful about getting screwed with a lemon. DO BUSINESS WITH CHANDLER LEXUS. Just google each of the dealerships for yourself...you'll see quite a difference in reviews. And Bell Lexus is not a member of BBB. Lucky for me, I didn't take the bait. GO TO CHANDLER LEXUS...you won't regret it. They are wonderful! Thanks Kelly and Kim and everyone else!! I love my car! More
We highly recommend Lexus of Chandler - why? From the minute I walked into Lexus of Chandler I was treated to "Customer Service at it's Best". Diana, Christina, Raad, and Bernie made purchasing a new car a good experience. I am no longer skeptical about Lexus and am so happy with my new car. I will recommend Lexus of Chandler to my friends and family. More

Once we were there we were greeted by Robert, easy going, not a 'pushy salesman' type. He listened to what we were interested in buying, key word 'buying'. He never once made us feel we were being 'sold' a car. This wasn't my first experience buying a car, and most people will tell you their 'horror story' with car buying. And it seems as though everyone has one. This is my Happy Car Buying Story! We were treated very respectfully, negotiating the price was surprisingly fair. I had my concerns with the financing part, and again surprised. Randy took the time to explain everything to us and made the financial side of buying a car actually a pleasant experience. It's almost unheard of that your interest rate was decreased once the bank approved the loan. But I'm here to tell you that is exactly what happened to me. There was no 'bait' and 'switch' or "the bank is requiring more $$ down". NO NONSENSE at all! We are very pleased with our experience at Lexus of Chandler and most definately recommend them to anyone who is looking for a Happy Car Buying Story like mine! Thank you Shannon, Robert and Randy! I’d just finished a truly miserable exchange at Earnhardt Scottsdale Lexus where “typical car salesman talk” was the norm. Steve made my car buying experience a pleasure instead of a confrontation. He met all my requirements and comfortably facilitated my purchase. I can’t thank Steve or the staff at Chandler Lexus enough. More
