Our salesperson was Lisa who we found to be friendly, positive, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. We appreciated that she was in no way pushy or aggressive. She was not hurried but explained all of the features of the car. We were impressed that Lisa clearly explained and demonstrated the various features of the RX 350. After purchasing the car she suggested we return if we had other questions. She also called us a couple of days later for a follow up to our purchased and reminded us to return to the dealership if we had any additional questions.
