Make sure you get a second opinion. I have a 2012 Lexus ES 350 with less than 70k miles. The single owner before me was a senior citizen in Sarasota, FL. This vehicle has never seen a winter, and has been well maintained. 2/3 times I've been serviced at Lexus of Chandler "DAX WOOD" has recommend costly repairs to my low mileage vehicle. I do not recall the exact "repair" that was done. However I do remember the 3rd recommendation. The repair proposal from Lexus of Chandler was over 4700 dollars for an 18 dollar part. I understand that labor needs to go into this so I called to two different certified Toyota mechanics in the valley. Both mechanics quoted the job at under $2000. Lexus of Chandler was trying to overcharge my repair by over 100%. It's really egregious an imported car company is trying to hose people in the community during these times of economic struggle. Be careful, and get a second opinion. I'm sure they've done this to others. More

I began my new lease with Greg Walling, manager, before having Jordan Rosser complete my deal. Wow, I can’t say enough positive comments. This is my leased red Lexus with Chandler of Lexus. Not one detail having Jordan Rosser complete my deal. Wow, I can’t say enough positive comments. This is my leased red Lexus with Chandler of Lexus. Not one detail was neglected from removing finger prints, to setting up settings, replacing my vanity plate and videos that Jordan made for me. Yes, every time I had a question, he made me a HOW TO video. It’s my own private users manual. Oh, and the big red bow upon delivery was a perfect touch. I am a Lexus owner since 2007. Lexus of Chandler and Jordan and Greg made things easy. I hope that you are as lucky as I am, having this top notch team on my side. More

My wife and I said we would drive as many cars as needed to find the right one for our family. We drove in this order, 1. Land Rover Defender 2. Mercedes GLC. 3. Lexus GX. The GX was both my wife and I's favorite. Unfortunately, the colors were a bit strange in the one we drove. Joe was upfront that there weren't a bunch of them. Then as we were looking all the inventory was gone. As I was walking over to Mercedes, Joe text that they had one in the colors my wife wanted. It had not been checked in and was fresh off the boat. Due to our little 2 taking a nap? Joe drove the car to my house so my wife could take a look. This was the second time he drove a car to our house that day. Joe was tremendously thorough on everything. There were zero surprises. So, we had to do the trade in. I have 3 kids, my wife's car looks like Florida after a hurricane on the inside. Joe gave me a hand and laughed with me as we pulled garbage out of the trade-in. Honestly, buying a car stinks. I rank buying a car with going to the dentist and disputing something with Cox. Joe made it fun. It felt like he was part of our decision making process instead of pushing us to what he wanted. I'd recommend Joe and Chandler Lexus to anyone More
Everything went great and it’s ok except that I would have preferred my tires to be Michelin of which was denied. Please replace my tires with Michelin as this will go a long way.
