4th Lexus purchased from the Flagship location- Cherry Hill! So, at the request of my super awesome wife, recently we looked at a recently reduced LCP 2013 GX460 at Lexus of Cherry Hill. As you can image, I am f So, at the request of my super awesome wife, recently we looked at a recently reduced LCP 2013 GX460 at Lexus of Cherry Hill. As you can image, I am fully invested into this location, seeing that I have purchased 2 cars and 2 SUV’s from “my guy” Dave McNulty, we will get into how awesome his is in a second. Sadly Dave was on, a much needed I’m sure mini-vacation till the following day. After a quick test drive with their client concierge woman, blonde hair and very personable and not a salesperson! We pulled back up to the exterior of the location, now at this time I knew I had to get it. I would say the only FAUX PAS was when Clayton Woods, another salesman who apparently had a client as well looking at the car snatched the keeps and sternly told my very sweet concierge that the car was already “pretty much” sold and insinuated that I needed to step off. Unfortunately for him, I negotiate deals all day long in business so I was not upset nor concerned with the potential to lose I just sat down with Paul Sidero, the main man at Lexus of Cherry hill Pre-Owned and we cut a deal in 5 minutes. You see that is why I always come back here. They are honest, pricing is legit, if not a bit lower than what you would expect and they always treat you with tons of respect. I was trading a prior purchased Lex from here and I was given a strong trade value, did not try and lowball me, just gave me a few hundred over what I was hoping to get. Again, they know there stuff. Financing was strong, in the 2% range, and we worked out a deal to cover the car and other items for a good amount more time and miles from the original Lex cert. pre owned (LCP). Was about as smooth as once could ask for, nothing uneasy, always calm and mutually beneficial on the terms. Being in a high position in the service industry, I know what it’s like to create Raving Fans and this place is a model for it! Lastly, my guy Dave is about as great as you can ask for, he would give you the shirt off his back if he thought you needed it. The man does not use the word no, ever! If you need a great guy who knows Lexus vehicles better than most, from the inside-out, you would be challenged to find a more awesome guy. 4 past Lexus vehicles purchased from this dynamic Duo so far! As for Mr. Woods, he clearly recognized his mistake and promptly apologized, I have a huge amount of respect for having given that humbling apology. Shows character! Anyway that is my story, a great one I think, but go have a fresh baked Cookie and coffee on them and see what it’s like to receive 5 star service and respect. -Till the Next one! More

Before Cherry Hill Lexus, those car dealers at Wilkie Lexus did not even bother to deal with me at all. Which bummed me out since Wilkie Lexus did not even bother to pull up my credit, they just looked at me up and down and assumed that I was not a serious buyer, lied to me even about sending me a quote as well. I even went to Wilkie Lexus 3 times and they did not even want to spend time getting into a Lexus. All that changed when I finally decided to give Cherry Hill Lexus a shot and met Sean. He not only took the time to listen to my case of wanting to own a second vehicle, he actually took all day to go through the application with me, but went against his managers assumption to not even deal with me because his superiors thought I was a waste of time. So if you want a car dealer who will actually put in the time to get you a vehicle you want with minimal down payment then Sean Minor is your man.. Thanks a million! More
