Not to mention unbelievably personable, reliable and accomodating service. Which is why we came back for our second- a GX-460. Our salesman, Oleg, was awesome! He was personable, patient and accomodating. In addition to being a very interesting person. We made several trips to the dealership in order to be sure of our choice. We never felt rushed or 'intimidated' into making our decision. He made it clear that he and Lexus were there for us from introduction to decision making to purchase and beyond. He offered his/their services whether they be on site or at home once the purchase was finalized. The other thing that I liked is that if he was uncertain about the answer to a question, or if it needed clarification, he would verify with someone rather than pretend that he knew the answer.
