I purchased a certified pre-owned 2006 RX 330 in 2009 from Dave McNulty and I had a very pleasant experience. Several days ago I decided I wanted to trade in my current vehicle and purchase a certified from Dave McNulty and I had a very pleasant experience. Several days ago I decided I wanted to trade in my current vehicle and purchase a certified pre-owned 2010 RX 350. I work approx. 8 miles from Lawrence Lexus, but decided to reach out to Dave McNulty again since I had such a great experience with him on my last purchase. Dave went to work quickly and notified my the same day I called him with a couple of vehicles that were possible candidates based on the criiteria I told him I was looking for. Although Lexus of Cherry Hill is double the distance that Lawrence Lexus is from me, I made a decision to once again travel to Cherry Hill soley because of the last experience I had with Dave. He once again did an outstanding job of explaining each of the 2 vehicles he had selected for me to consider. Dave is very knowledgeable of all aspects of these vehicles and takes the time to make sure you are comfortable with all its features before you leave. The first time Dave had plans to go out that night, but stayed with me to close the deal and did not rush me through the training process of learning about the features of the vehicle. He did the same thing this time and gave up his plans for that evening to go out with his friends. Not a lot of people are willing to give this level of effort. Dave is not pushy for the sale and works to help you get the best deal for your money. He is very friendly and you will not be disappointed with him at all. So if you are considering this dealership, I would strongly suggest you visit with Dave....you won't be sorry unless you don't meet with Dave. More

They will try to do everything for sale car ,once you bought it ,then who are you ? we don't know for each thing they will open up for $$$$.Thanks God that i have not taken delivery on same day. I have been saved. :) I told them that it's not your fault, i accepted my mistake but they are not ready to work on. They just wanted $500. And started to discussing on how much they made loss by selling car. Guys please grow up no one make loss . If you start doing loss then please close the store and do something different. Avoid dealer if possible . More

I talked my wife in purchasing the IS 250-2012 after I bought my 350 awd-2013. Leo Ramos is excellent and knowledgable and follows up during and after the sales. The entire experience from when I walked in the door is unsurpassed by any dealer and any auto. Mike Foose went with me on my test drive and explained the awesome features of the 2013. Even since I drove away, Mike has been in touch to make sure I am comfortable using the auto and is happy to assist with any question I have. I should also mention he took a full hour with me when I picked up the car to review how every option worked. I can't recommend him more highly! Beth DeSabatino made the entire purchase and trade-in clear and hassle-free. She explained the cost of the auto and how my trade-in amount was determined. I had done a lot of research on the value of my trade, and she was transparent and spot-on with my expectations. Pricing of the car was fair too. [With other luxury car manufacturers, my "haggling" experience has been frustrating and I was so annoyed overall, it detracted from the enjoyment I should have experienced with purchasing a new car.] That is not the case at Lexus of Cherry Hill and I can't say enough good things about Beth! More
