I never feel rushed, in fact, they make me feel like I'm the most important customer they have. This type of customer service rarely exists anymore. This is my second Lexus vehicle from Lexus of Cherry Hill and I plan to come back for more. I know that I will never make a car purchase anywhere else. Kudos to your dealership :) More

This is my third car purchase at this dealership from the same sales representative, Ron Pacifico. Although I am a used car customer, everyone from the receptionist to all the associates I interacted with th same sales representative, Ron Pacifico. Although I am a used car customer, everyone from the receptionist to all the associates I interacted with throughout the process are non-judgmental in respect to being a new or used car buyer and are honest with you. You are an important client no matter what you are buying or if just looking. Each one treats you with the utmost respect and courtesy. The philosophy at this dealership contradicts the stereotypical auto dealership experience. They use a relaxed yet informative and personable approach as opposed to a sales pressure approach. They get to know you so they can better suggest choices for you and they let you know about them so you are comfortable with whom you are dealing with. My sales associate, Ron Pacifico, is very knowledgeable as well as his manager Paul Siderio and it is obvious management's commitment to their clients in the training of their employees to be able to provide accurate and sensible answers to questions without always having to involve a manager in most cases. They have intimate knowledge of the product and inventory which emulates how proud they are to be representing this Lexus dealership and it's products. This was also evident with the Finance Manager who made every effort to insure all options were explained which helped in the decision making of the best financing arrangements and was always willing to make the extra effort to insure we were comfortable with what we were doing. Loyalty is rare and you need to have a good reason and I do. More
