Meeting Ron was a great experience. We were just starting to look at different dealers and Ron made our experience very comfortable. We have been looking for a suitable pre-owned automobile to use as a "family car" for us and our newly driver-aged daughters. We had looked extensively at dealerships across the area, and had test-driven m to use as a "family car" for us and our newly driver-aged daughters. We had looked extensively at dealerships across the area, and had test-driven many late-model pre-owned cars. We had become totally disillusioned by the high-pressure techniques of other dealers, and the unreasonably high prices on cars with even 40-60,000 miles on them. Then we came to Lexus of Cherry Hill - WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! Simply upon walking through the door, we knew we were in a different, quality environment. Dave McNulty was superb - affable without being obsequious, genuinely informative without the "schmalz," and extremely helpful without being high pressured. We never expected to purchase a pre-owned Lexus for a "family car" - but when we were shown a pristine ES330 with LOW mileage and a very reasonable price - How could we refuse? We paid approximately the same price for our loaded ES330 that we would have paid for a bare-boned, higher mileage Kia Soul at another dealership. Extraordinary! The purchase process was smooth, quick and accurate. There were no "surprises" - which we've experienced in other purchase situations. And the follow-up from the dealership has been excellent as well. There is NO DOUBT that we will be back to Lexus of Cherry Hill (and Dave McNulty) when it comes time to replace either mine or my wife's car. More

What a bunch of patient people. I started the ball rolling about my wife buying a new car in December of 2011 and we finally bought in May 2012. It just took us a LONG time to make up our mind on whi rolling about my wife buying a new car in December of 2011 and we finally bought in May 2012. It just took us a LONG time to make up our mind on which model, what we were going to trade in, etc. Leo was the one who spent most of the time with us and Ron helped out when we dropped in and Leo wasn't available. Leo is perfect for this job, he is excellent with people and clearly likes what he's doing. Did I mention patient? When we dealt with Ron, it was just as satisfying and there was a seamless transition. We've never really met a dealer's staff quite like the folks at LOCH. We have a LONG history with this dealer, going 'way back to my wife's first buy, a first generation ES250. We bought a number of vehicles and for whatever reason, we bought one vehicle at another Lexus dealer. We are much happier coming back to the crew at LOCH. We've not been disappointed. Then there's Andy Cammer. He sold my wife her first Lexus, back when Andy was a real youngster and the dealership had just opened at the old location. He's sold us a bunch of these cars over the years and his low-key approach was the primary reason why we kept going back to the dealership. And we want to acknowledge Ashley's really nice follow-up when we were dithering about what to buy. A very sweet young lady who knows just what to say to make sure we felt comfortable coming back in. I'm sure the service department is still very good but to be frank, after having had a number of these cars, there was only one time when we needed to have substantial repairs made. It was a warranty issue on a second gen GS and they did a superb job also. In our experience, these cars just don't break. Other routine service has been excellent. Reminds me of the time that I made a passing comment that the Coupe would look good in Platinum. The next time I was in the showroom, Andy and crew JUST HAPPENED to have a Platinum coupe in stock. Bought it.......AND would liked to have it back. More
