My wife wanted a reliable SUV after having Mercedes ML-320 for 11 years. After looking at various SUVs, including Mercedes and Range Rover we decided on Lexus. Mr. Woods, product consultant was outstanding in his support and assistance. He even brought the demo to our house to make sure we could fit the big GX 460 in our garage!! He also helped us with figuring out how to sync our phones and how to remote start the car. Mr. Norton inspite of his busy schedule as a general manager, took time to explain to us the pricing structure. Overall it was a very good experience.
