This review is my honest appraisal of why I've gone back to Lexus of Cherry Hill three times, and purchaced a new RX model each time. It is very important for me to know and trust the sales people when mak to Lexus of Cherry Hill three times, and purchaced a new RX model each time. It is very important for me to know and trust the sales people when making a large investment. I am 69 years old, and in my years, I've never purchased an automobile from anyone that I've trusted more than Jack McCartney and Scott Feller. The quality of this 2011 RX 350 is out of this world, and so is dealing with these two very professional and competent Lexus representatives. I will be back again in 3 or 4 years for a new RX 350, and hopefully I will have the pleasure of dealing with them again. Bought our second Lexus RX, this time a 350 (from the Used Car Sales Manager). Car was not in perfect condition or fully detailed on day I bought it (a different sales person on day of pick-up), so I had Used Car Sales Manager). Car was not in perfect condition or fully detailed on day I bought it (a different sales person on day of pick-up), so I had to wait for first oil change at dealer to get remaining items taken care of. No one told me that you had to schedule almost a month in advance to get a loaner car dropped off. Finally got my car back after four weeks. When car was delivered, I noted that there was still a small area (chip) on newly repainted door jam where I could see through to black metal or undercoat, and new small hole on the inside of the door in top vinyl covered area below window. The bare footprints on inside of rear hatch window that were there when I picked up the car at purchase were still there. I expected a better repair/paint job and care of the car from a Lexus dealer. The fact that it was never detailed properly before original delivery on day of purchase, and still has not been detailed properly, is very disappointing. I have heard from others that this dealer has a poor reputation, working on volume instead of customer service. My experience so far puts me in full agreement. The people who work in service and the body shop seemed very nice, but the quality of work just isn't there. Find a better dealer. More
We went in to look at a new RX350. Dave was recommened by our son, who had bought a car from him last year. He was so great to work with. I thought I new what I wanted but he took his time with us , explaining all the options and I ended up buying something I thought I didn't want, but ended up to be just what I needed. Dave listened to me and showed me all the options. We just bought the car today and I know I will have many questions over the next few weeks, but I feel sure Dave will be there to help me. I wanted a full service dealership and I think I found it. So far my experience has been great and it is all due to Dave. Lexus of Cherry Hill should be so proud to have him as an employee. When you purchase a luxury vehicle, you expect a high degree of service. Dave does not disappoint! I was last in the dealership Monday 8/30/10 to pick up my suv that was being serviced. Bryan the director of service once again did a great job; he is the only one I go to when I need something done in servi suv that was being serviced. The young lady at the front desk with the dark brown hair is one of the most courteous and friendly people I have ever met. She helped me in and out of the building with my multiple briefcases on her own accord. I offered her a tip and she politely declined. Definitely a receptionist I would want at my office. Nick Brown and another young gentleman in sales with blonde hair and blue eyes have always been helpful when I purchase a new phone or just have a quick question. If only I had been able to work with one of them I would have bought at Cherry Hill. I must say that I did not purchase my suv from this dealership as my price point and trade in value could not be met and another dealership in PA met my numbers spot on. More
