He dealt with me with courtesy, class, and patience, and made me feel as if I were the most important customer he ever had. I originally purchased one vehicle, but it turned out that there were problems with that particular car. Lucky was instrumental in orchestrating a situation where I was able to "return" that defective vehicle back to the dealership, and purchase another one instead. During the course of that second purchase, there was a great deal of negotiation, and Lucky was helpful and supportive throughout that entire transaction. Suffice to say, when the time comes to trade my current Lexus in for another one, Lucky will unequivocally be the person with whom I'll do business. He's the best! More

We were very pleased to obtain a 2010 Lexus ES350 with low mileage and color patterns we were looking for. Our salesman was able to deliver that to us.
