We especially like our sale person, Maryann Lonett, who has sold us two cars at the dealership. She knows the Lexus products very well and goes out of her way to make us familiar with all the features. T has sold us two cars at the dealership. She knows the Lexus products very well and goes out of her way to make us familiar with all the features. The service department personnel, Matt Kesner and Amanda (don't know her last name)are also first rate individuals. They all work to make it a pleasant experience when you need service work or are shopping for a new car. Lexus automobiles aren't inexpensive to purchase or service so our only less than great rating was on price. We rated the dealership as "good" on price. More
This dealer "gets it". They know how to deal with people. Amar Patel in Sales is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. We have bought 2 cars from him and referred many. They listen with people. Amar Patel in Sales is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. We have bought 2 cars from him and referred many. They listen, and understand the needs of the customer. Low pressure, transparent. The perfect balance of "earning your business" and letting you drive the process. Service has been just as good. Even though all work has been minor/routine and/or warranty - when I sit in the waiting area and listen to how the service team speaks to people it is great. I recommend Lexus of Chester Springs. I live very close to the dealer and they are great members of the community as well. More

Everyone I encountered at Lexus of Chester Springs was knowledgable, helpful and friendly. I never worried I was being taken advantage of. Overall, the purchase process for my vehicle was relatively pain free. Not terrible, not great. It was a fine experience, I was happy with my car and the price I paid, but two weeks later when I w relatively pain free. Not terrible, not great. It was a fine experience, I was happy with my car and the price I paid, but two weeks later when I went back for a minor repair issue (that we agreed to the day of the purchase) I was cornered by Collette, the sales rep, for the service scores I gave on the electronic survey that was sent to me. She said "I thought I made myself clear to you to give me all 5's, because the survey is a pass/fail". Once I explained that she was clear, but that she didn't DESERVE all 5's, she then said "Well, I lost my bonus because of you." No Sweetheart, you lost your bonus because of YOU! I could not believe this lack of professionalism from a Lexus dealer employee. I called and spoke to the Sales Manager Spence, and had a less then mediocre experience with him as well (When I asked for help on the repair, he said, and I'm quoting "Can I call you in a few days, I'm a little busy with month end close right now." When a week passed, I had to call him back to get help. He never gave me copies of paperwork I requested either.) I'm now dealing with the General Manager - so far so good, but I am skeptical. We'll see how this goes from here. Bottom line - don't deal with Collette or Spence at Chester Springs. More
We had an absolutely stress-free purchase experience at the dealership. It took us a few weeks before we made our final decision to purchase and never once did we feel pressured or bothered by any of the s the dealership. It took us a few weeks before we made our final decision to purchase and never once did we feel pressured or bothered by any of the staff at the dealership. Lexus even came to our house, picked up our two trade-in vehicles and left us a brand new Lexus to drive to the dealership when we were ready later that day. Every aspect of our purchase was amazing. We really cannot say enough about the staff, the experience, or the quality of our new vehicle. The staff at the dealership truly goes above and beyond what you would expect from a dealership. We can take (and have many times) our Lexus over to the dealership for a thorough cleaning through their car wash; at no cost! More
Working with Dan was a good experience the first time around which is why I returned to buy my second vehicle. Dan is a very good salesman--communicative and strong follow through. I walked in thinking on buying a es 350 because of the price and the space. I walled in and saw the rx 350 they told me that they are in a really high demand right now, so I new it was going to be higher price and the space. I walled in and saw the rx 350 they told me that they are in a really high demand right now, so I new it was going to be higher than I wanted but at the end they gave me a great price on it. My neighbor thought it would e cheaper to buy a Lexus in Delaware and we ended up buying the same car and, Lexus of chester springs gave me such a better deal. I used to drive a Mercedes e class and I payed just about the same price, I would never get anything other than a Lexus and I would only go to Lexus of Chester springs to get it. More
I decided to look at and drive a lexus because my mechanic highly recommended it. I really thought the lexus was going to be out of my price range but thought it would be fun to drive. From the momen mechanic highly recommended it. I really thought the lexus was going to be out of my price range but thought it would be fun to drive. From the moment i arrived ( around noon) until i left(around 6pm i was treated with respect and nothing was to much for Dan to make my shopping experience truly memorable. I test drove 2 cars and had MANY!!! questions all were answered. Dan worked very hard to get a price on a car which would be affordable for me even going as far as to include pin stripping on my car. I feel like a queen when driving my car but more importantly as i reflect on the people I met during this time from my salesman Dan to my pin stripping man Dave and others from Lexus of Chester Springs it makes me appreciate my car that much more. A simple thank you does not seem to be enough but I think they will know how awesome I think they are and how grateful I am. More
BE MINDFUL THAT YOUR VERBAL NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT MAY CHANGE WHEN YOU ARE READY TO SIGN YOUR PAPERS!! I agreed with the sales Rep (Mary Ann) on a price and APR financing (2.5% with Citadel Credit Unio CHANGE WHEN YOU ARE READY TO SIGN YOUR PAPERS!! I agreed with the sales Rep (Mary Ann) on a price and APR financing (2.5% with Citadel Credit Union) for a CT200h. To be fair, I went twice to the dealer and in both times I was very specific about the financing and I was promised I would get the 2.5%. So the negotiation went around the price of the new car and my trade in, as the financing was set (or so I was told). When it was time to do the paperwork, she came back from the corner office (sales manager, I guess) to tell me that what we agreed was not possible, because in order to get a $1,000 loyalty rebate accepted by the dealaer and reflected in the price (I have another Lexus) I had to finance with Lexus Financial, and with them the APR went up from 2.5% to 2.9%. I proposed to lower the price of the car, so I would pay the same amount per month, and she went to the corner office again. Once she came back, the story changed again, now the financing with Lexus went up to 4.9% (double of the initially agreed %) in order to get the loyalty rebate!!! At that point the deal was off from my side. I asked for the keys of my vehicle and left. Mary Ann was very apologetic and said it was her fault, because she did not know about financing, as she only sells cars for cash. Really? Negotiation Ethics seems to be non-existing at this dealer (their tactics fit perfectly in points 1 and 2 in this article in the section Unethical Dealer Negotiating Tactics: http://www.negotiation...) . So, I do not recommend you to buy a car at this dealer, and if you do, follow this advice: Once you have a deal, make sure you have it in some written form, and do not believe in the word of the sales rep, you will need to talk directly to the sales manager, because they seem to play this game quite often.
