"Horrible customer service"

My 2015 Lexus said "traction control off, see dealership." I immediately took it to the dealership and it was there for 3 days. I barely got any updates, but eventually was told that it was the water pump. I went to pick up my car and not even 100' down the road it slammed into emergency break and the computer would not allow me to shift to neutral to even have someone push me to the side of the road. It was extremely scary and dangerous. They did not seem too concerned and still do not know the issue.

i had an awful experience from a different dealership. Steve went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience and that everything was taken care of the right way. This dealership has integrity which is hard to come by these days. "Expected much more from a premium car brand"

Witnessed a heartless, rude customer service by Lexus. Had my car fixed with them for the Takata air bag recall. They made me pay a fat amount of money for the rental car service while my Lexus was being fixed and never reimbursed. Want to reach out to the top personnel/s at Lexus to look into this matter and act accordingly.

"Chester Springs: genuine people solving problems "

I have been with Lexus of Chester Springs for several years because the people are genuine and they have always accommodated my busy schedule. Recently, I noticed a funny noise, but being 460 miles away from Chester Springs, PA. I opted to let the local Lexus dealership near my home town in Ohio diagnose Lexi (my car's name) to make sure it was nothing serious. LONG story short and not naming names, let's just say, it was a horrendous and time wasting experience. I initially took Lexi in and got her back 4 weeks and $3,400 later, with the problem not solved. After taking the car right back with the un-resolved issue, it took the dealership another week to re-evaluate my car and came back to me with a $12,000 quote telling me that I needed a new transmission and radiator! This came as a total shock since I have always kept up the maintenance at Chester Springs and Lexi happens to be an LS, the paragon model that Lexus produces . People that drive this car take pride in the performance and its sustainability. Since I thought it was premature to be talking transmissions, I reached out to Lexus customer satisfaction and spoke with Stephanie. She listened to my concerns, was punctual with her follow ups, and upon completing an investigation, she ended up shipping Lexi almost 500 miles so the experts at Lexus CS's could have a look. In less than 24 hours upon her arrival, I got a call from Steve Anderson, in service, informing me that it had been a misdiagnosis, and the $12,000 estimate that the first dealership had given me was not on point and that he would be in touch shortly after they perform a thorough scope. Within a few days Steve's team had found the issue with my car, and fixed it at the tune of $1,200, and had her ready & running perfectly! In a follow up call from Steph, I thanked her for refunding the dealerships initial error, for shipping Lexi to PA and back to Ohio after it was fixed, and expressed my appreciation for handling this matter so professionally. Everyone that know me, knows how much I ? my Lexi Lady, but when the time comes to buy my next car, Chester Springs will continue to get my business and my trust. Thank you again service team at Chester Springs!

I have bought 4 cars from this dealership in 5 years. I have referred at least 5. I also have had cars serviced there and recently had one full detailed (by Bruce). There is no better place to buy and have your car serviced. You are like family. They respect you, know the meaning of customer relationships and just plain get it. My car was just detailed and now looks new! I am a Lexus fan, but if I was between Lexus and another brand this dealership would make the decision for me. Tom, Andrew, Amar, Matt, Steve, Scott, Amanda and now Bruce - there are none better.

I see that all service people get praised but let me put in a good word for Heather Steyer(Cashier), she is a very Polite and treats clients with a lot of respect.I have been there for car washes before and went this time for first service and Heather has always been very graceful and nice.Lexus of chester springs should know that she is almost a first contact in the service center and so deserves to be praised.
