Someone from Lexus called to remind me of my free 5 month service. Set up an appointment and made sure I would have a loaner car at time of appointment and on that day dropped off the car and was off in a lo service. Car was serviced and received cleaned and looked as shiney as the first day I drove it off the lot. Through the whole process, everyone was extremely polite and helpful and felt like I was being treated like a VIP. Always enjoy Lexus service even from past Lexus vehicles. More
