Kimberly took the time to listen to my concerns and genuinely worked to make things right. After I provided documentation showing that I had to pay for registration out-of-pocket due to a delay between the dealership and the DMV, they promptly issued me a refund. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care shown during this resolution process. While there were challenges after the sale, I’m glad to see that the leadership at Lexus of Clearwater values their customers and stands behind their service. I have my ES 350 serviced there regularly, and have always appreciated how well they keep the car in top condition, and exceptional level of service! I recently had an emergency service situation arise - I discovered the ES’s battery had failed and wouldn’t start at 9PM and I was supposed to start a long-weekend getaway the next morning (Friday) with a 5-hour drive to Palm Beach. I was hoping I wouldn’t lose the whole day with getting the battery replaced. I went to Clearwater Lexus’s website and booked a 7AM appointment - then jump started the car next morning to get there. My service advisor, Nicole, got my ES battery replaced, and multi-point inspection to make sure everything else was working properly, and got me on my way to a great weekend! Can’t thank Nicole enough for her professionalism and efficiency in getting my ES serviced quickly!! Thanks to the whole team at Lexus of Clearwater!! More
