I only have one negative and that is I took my car I would like to mention Steve, Richard, Bryan, Preston and Bruce for taking such great care of us. I only have one negative and that is I took my car in yesterday for it's first car wash and the sales advisor said it would be 60-90 minutes. I used to use Germain Lexus in Naples and Scanlon Lexus in Ft. Myers, and this would have never happened. The service area seems very tight as it looks like they only have one bay???? I'm just hoping that service in the future isn't going to be an issue. More

Absolutely terrible experience here, I spoke to a salesman and did a credit application and they sent me back the approval. When I get to the dealership thinking I’m approved while test driving the c salesman and did a credit application and they sent me back the approval. When I get to the dealership thinking I’m approved while test driving the car etc. right before doing the paperwork the store manager Joe comes and tells me that I’m not approved with those terms and would require and additional $2,500 down for the approval. This is absolutely awful customer service and management and they’re lucky I still bought the car from them. More

What I appreciated most about Josh is that I told him upfront what I was looking for (I was super specific) and he kept it real with me and managed expectations, and then only updated me when there was something to be updated on. It was the epitome of a hassle-free experience. Josh made the experience special and not like I was just another sale. It’s not often that you buy a new car (in my world) and so I really appreciate the extra care he and the team took. 15/10 experience!! There was a bit of confusion regarding when the Lexus driver could pick up my car. That delayed my car being ready the same day.
