I have purchased four cars through David Craig, a Mercedes E55, a Mercedes E350,a Mercedes C250 and a Jeep Liberty Limited, Jet Edition. Since we are in the market for a vehicle for one of our daugh Mercedes E55, a Mercedes E350,a Mercedes C250 and a Jeep Liberty Limited, Jet Edition. Since we are in the market for a vehicle for one of our daughters, I naturally got in touch with David. He has always been professional and very helpful. As before he worked with us to locate the perfect vehicle for our daughter. David is a true asset to the dealership and vehicles he represents. He puts forth the effort to fully understand not only the products and services he can provide but also that of his competitors, making him well versed when discussing the pros/cons of many makes and models. In this way, I know that I do not have to memorize the features of various models when shopping for a new car. As a result, when the leases on our 2012 and 2013 Mercedes end we will most certainly contact David to evaluate leasing a LS and GS as replacement vehicles. (actually we will likely look to replace the Mercedes' when it makes good financial sense). More

I called Lexus and asked for service. Phil answered. After I told him my problem, he said to bring my car right in. They put it on a lift while I waited to determine what was leaking. Since I had had a rebuilt radiator installed less than a year ago he gave me an option of another rebuilt, since it was under warranty, or a new one (taking the price of the rebuilt one off the total). I opted for the latter. It had to be ordered, so I made an appointment to come back and was given a brand new Lexus RX300 loaner. Meanwhile, David Craig had called me to see if I was interested in having Lexus buy my 1999 RX300. Although a new Lexus is in my future, I explained to David that now wasn't the time. There was no pressure. I got my Lexus back (I've had her since she was only 7 miles old--now over 156,000 miles old) and life is good. Oh, and there was no labor charge. Now, that doesn't happen. My next car will be a Lexus and I will go to Lexus of Clearwater to purchase it. More
Over the last 6 years, we have purchased an RX350, a GX470 and just this week a 2013 ISC 350. We have gone through the sales process as well as having vehicles serviced at the dealership. We found Steve Miskiewicz to be highly professional as well as very friendly and helpful in the sales process...he is truly outstanding. The service department is clean, professional and highly efficient...we also have found them to be truly outstanding in our dealings with them over a period of years. We highly recommend both Steve individually without reservation for sales and the dealership for service. More
David contacted me about their new TRADING UP program . I was intersted in the option and visited with in at the store on 2/3/12. I was back the the next week to pick up my new car. Not only did Steve give us the best price among several Florida Lexus dealership quotes, but he treated us well on our trade-in. I've purchased cars for over 30 years, and never have I had such a positive and satisfying auto buying experience! Lexus of Clearwater is well worth the drive, but Steve is the main reason we rate the dealership 5-Star !!! More
