Not only was I told it would take 2. 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, but it took nearly 3 hours. I'm sure there were other smaller things done on a routine service, but that 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, but it took nearly 3 hours. I'm sure there were other smaller things done on a routine service, but that's still too long, especially for an 8:30am appt. Also, their GM has been extremely poor with communication follow-up. He said he'd call Monday. I showed up Thursday for service, and told the staff I've been waiting to hear from him (so they said they'd email him), and here it is Friday morning and still nothing! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING from a brand like this. I expected much more! More

Paid cash for used Lexus and 2 months later still have not received the title. Dealership doesn't care and kept blowing me off so I had to contact dealership complaints at the state of Florida this morn not received the title. Per the state of Florida they were required to get me my title within 30 days and they weren't suppose to be selling cars that have lien on them! No one at the dealership cares about the customer once the car sold beware! More
