I just had an oil change on my Lexus RX350. I am so glad Russell Kaye is back at Lexus of Clearwater. He is the best service manager I have ever encountered in my 78 years of living. He greets you warmly, has your vehicle history in his hand, and checks to see if there are any concerns. He never (ever) recommends work that does not need to be done. We agreed the only thing needed was the oil change, and the vehicle inspection confirmed that. I asked him about my tires, and he said they would be good for “awhile” but pointed out that they are 8 years old and probably should be changed before the rainy season. I agreed completely and set up and appointment to get a new set when they come on sale in a few weeks. Russ is a credit to Lexus of Clearwater, and the main reason I will be buying my next car from them if he is still working there. More
