We returned from a seven day cruise to discover our Lexus had a dead battery. We were in a parking garage in Miami and had to get a jump to start the car. Without a scheduled appointment, we waited no more than 20 minutes before an advisor, Paul Hildebrand, was able to squeeze us into his busy schedule. Dealer stopped providing a loaner with the scheduled vehicle service as provided in the past 10 years since I've been going to Lexus of Clearwater.
