The service department is not what you expect. Customer service is below average. My windshield was damaged while installing the rubber filler in the wipers. I discovered this on my way out. I brought to the attention of the service manager. It was later replaced but it seemed that no one knew of this mishap before they brought my car back to me. The service manager was not very helpful or welcoming. I was left standing for few minutes nearby his desk and he never asked me to take a seat while he continued to finish the paper work. Usually the service managers complete the paperwork and bring it to me while I am sitting in the waiting area. After discovering what happened, he brought the mechanic who acknowledged his error and apologized for. It should be noted that when this was brought to the general manager and the service department manager they took good care and handled it efficiently and appropriately. More

I just want to say that my salesman, Devon Thompson, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and so nice in every way! He really went out of his way to help me purchase my 2022 Lexus ES 300h F Sport. I did receive my new Lexus ES 300h F Sport yesterday (04/14/2022) and it is an absolutely perfect and BEAUTIFUL vehicle! I came in nervous and not really knowing what to expect but everyone was very kind and welcoming and also knowledgeable! They answered all my questions I was not pressured and the best part about it all I but everyone was very kind and welcoming and also knowledgeable! They answered all my questions I was not pressured and the best part about it all I got to drive home that very night in my new Lexus I wasn’t even expecting to even get a luxury car ! The service department has really declined. The service advisor that was initially scheduled to my appt was not in and the one that I was changed to was late. I was not contacted immediately when my car was done and upon returning to pick up it was a fiasco and I was waiting quite some time for staff to be finished with current customers. It would’ve been nice to have been acknowledged during this time. This experience was extremely disappointing to see the decline. More
