I came in to have my bumper fixed because it was loose neither my wife nor I damaged the vehicle there was no scratch mark on it just one of the clips sheared off so I wanted to have it fix they told me t neither my wife nor I damaged the vehicle there was no scratch mark on it just one of the clips sheared off so I wanted to have it fix they told me they were unable to fix it that was my responsibility which is gonna cost anywhere from $1500 up also I had a couple of bird droppings on my hood that I needed buffed out I paid over $1000 extra for the finished package when I bought the vehicle I was told that the dealership they were unable to do this because it’s handled through a private contractor I never got the name of the private contractor who could fix this and also I did not get the name of the body shop that I was told about to go and see about the replacement for my bumper very dissatisfied More
