Excellent service from Bo Rasoi, he even came in on his day off to complete the sale. He also took the time to walk us through every feature and made sure we were comfortable before driving off. It did take in excess of 4 hours to complete the purchase, and the upsell from finance was a bit aggressive, but you just have to know what you're willing to pay and just stand your ground. Went to the dealership knowing what I wanted and pre approved for the loan. We agreed on the numbers and after sitting there for 4 hours finally got to see the loan officer who then suggested that I sho approved for the loan. We agreed on the numbers and after sitting there for 4 hours finally got to see the loan officer who then suggested that I should purchase a 5 year warranty and take an 84 month loan instead of 72, effectively raising my loan by $6000. Said she would drop my payment by $20 a month and that should make up for the difference. Of course that was a lie because that would only save me about $1500 over the life of the loan but at that point I was tired and wanted to get out of there and she got me. Wish I was more prepared for that aspect of the deal- beware of the extended warranty aggressive sales pitch! They really try to get you for every penny you got. More
