Previously commented on Carfax and received an email to contact the GM regarding the 90 day warranty service . I did attempt a call with the number provided but was not going to sit on hold for a pickup. contact the GM regarding the 90 day warranty service . My contact person did not seem to know what this vehicle had as options. Did not know the color nor the interior color. The internet photos and descriptions were of one vehicle and my discussion online se had as options. Did not know the color nor the interior color. The internet photos and descriptions were of one vehicle and my discussion online seemed to be of another vehicle. Not a good personality to discuss potential purchases from my point of view. I suppose if I were a previous Lexus buyer, it may have been different. I was not and have purchased another vehicle from another dealership that went very well indeed. Not sure if I will contact this dealer again for future purchases. Not impressed at all by any means. More
