I brought my LS460 in for a recall item- they gave me a loaner-so far so good-I picked up my car - it had been washed and gassed- good job- and then on the way home I noticed that my “ Costa Sunglasses “ w loaner-so far so good-I picked up my car - it had been washed and gassed- good job- and then on the way home I noticed that my “ Costa Sunglasses “ were gone. I put them in the same place every time. I e-mailed my contact with no response. A sour note for a otherwise good experience. The sunglasses won’t break me but future purchases won’t happen. More

When I was in the finance office the business manager presented different options available, such as, extended warranty and service plan options. I declined the extended warranty but opted for the service plan which involved two additional services beside the 5K and 10K complementary services. I leased the car in June and was reviewing my paperwork at the request for. my accountant and realized that I did purchase an extended warranty to the cost of $1124.00. I remember distinctly telling the Finance Manger that I didn’t want or see the need for a extended vehicle protection plan on a lease vehicle that I would probably turn in in 36 months because the car would still be under warranty. I went back to Clearwater Lexus 9/26 to cancel the warranty. I felt the finance director, Joshua Foster was dismissive, patronizing and border line rude. He did cancel the policy but the prorated amount of the policy is then applied to reduce the cars residual amount. If I turn the car in at the end of the lease I’m still out the $1124.00. So don’t get caught up in the excitement of getting a new car and forgot your good business sense. More

Best of the Best This dealership made "buying a car" a pleasure, really. Buy elsewhere, and you're going to be disappointed. Brand new car with paint damage I bought my car back on January 31 under the usual pressure the dealerships put on most to buy before the month closes. Two weeks later, while washi I bought my car back on January 31 under the usual pressure the dealerships put on most to buy before the month closes. Two weeks later, while washing the car I noticed that it had some paint damage. When I took the car back to the deanship it was determined that it was sold to me in that condition. They offered me to repaint a brand new car that cost over $40000. This is totally unacceptable.Today almost 3 months later I received a letter stating that paint damage is not covered under the Lemon Law. The point is, they sold me a car knowing it had paint damage and did not disclose this. I have been a loyal customer of Lexus but I know for a fact I will not be returning to that dealership or any of the AutoNation dealerships again. Their service is terrible. More

The original sales clerk Dalia saw us and passed us to a greeter. I am an aeronautical engineer and can easily afford a BMW, Mercedes and any other luxury brand vehicle but I wanted a Lexus.I will still get my Lexus but it wont be from here. More
Interior Nightmare I have recently entered my vehicle for your interior reconditioning Recall. I am disgusted with the way I was mistreated and misled through this whole I have recently entered my vehicle for your interior reconditioning Recall. I am disgusted with the way I was mistreated and misled through this whole process. The two worst panels in my car were rejected! And, everyone failed to inform me of this horrifying news until the day I was picking it up. Now that’s what I call “Customer Service”! My information was conveniently lost for the first Recall which had a deadline of May 2017, in which I entered in time. I will continue to let every accredited outlet, whether it be Social Media, Local News Media, BBB, Consumer Affairs, and last but not least, the Legal Firm in which I, and the thousands of other Lexus Owners, choose to plead our case. And, if it wasn't for Nick and Sarah, I would of only gave "1 Star". I truly believe they did as much as they were allowed. More
gap refund This is the worst customer service I have ever had. I traded my Lexus in and sent all the paper work to Ray Orozco. After 17 calls leaving messages This is the worst customer service I have ever had. I traded my Lexus in and sent all the paper work to Ray Orozco. After 17 calls leaving messages that were never returned I finally got the financial manager (which was no better the Ray) I sent the paperwork over 4 times in emails and no response. I finally receive a email after I left a message that I would coming over in person that no need to come over (all paperwork was complete) Next day receive another email that he can't process because my contract for the new car I bought was missing the signature of the agent from Mercedes. So, after multiple calls, emails and lies I had to go to Mercedes and get a contract and more paperwork to prove I traded my vehicle in. So, today I resent paperwork in. This dealership is the poorest example of customer service I have ever experienced. So, if you trade a vehicle that you purchased and you also purchased any protection programs good luck in trying to get you money back!!!! As for me I will be going in person and will sit in the lobby until I get some answers. I live in Orlando and don't want to drive to Clearwater but, my husband and I have decided this is principal. How many people have they done this to hoping people will get frustrated and give up? Well, they have met their match with us. My next step is going to be legal action. It should not take over a month to get paperwork submitted. Connie and Jay Kingston More
