We take great pride and make every effort to provide a "Once in a Lifetime Experience Every Time" for all of our clients at Metro Lexus. It is obvious by your comments that we fell short of that goal.That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your recent visit. I am very sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your recent service visit. When these types of situations occur, which I am glad to say is very rare, I am more than willing to do whatever the client feels would be a fair resolution. If you would contact me via phone at 216-201-2151 or email ray_thomas@metrolexus.com, I am sure we can resolve this matter to your satisfaction. Another possible option for you would be to take the vehicle to Akron Canton and get their opinion of the repairs, pricing, and the items suggested. I would be more than willing to pay for that service. At that point we could discuss the findings, and again I would work with you to resolve any outstanding issues. We will never stop learning how to better our services to our clients, therefore, another important reason I would like to discuss this would be to learn from this situation and train all of the associates involved. I would again like to take the opportunity to resolve the issues you stated. I am asking again that you call, and as I stated, I am more than willing to do whatever the client feels would be a fair resolution. Or, you could take your vehicle to the other Lexus dealer you referred to and we would pay to have them inspect the items in question and I would stand behind anything that they have found. I would also like to remind you that your comments submitted here can be modified if you feel we have addressed your concerns to your satisfaction. No one wants to have an unhappy client, and I believe I have given some fair options to address your concerns. Therefore, I would appreciate this being removed until we have the opportunity to satisfy you as to the work performed. We pride ourselves in providing "A Once in a Lifetime Experience Every Time" and when that is not achieved we are very humbled and will learn and grow from that situation.
