Some of those answers helped me with advance preparations for financing options and valuation of the vehicle I was trading in. One notable action by Seth was to notify me when the first fully electric version of the new ES arrived at the dealership. My wife was a little apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle that we’d only seen pictures of. Although we purchased the hybrid version, testing the electric version allowed us to check out the ride, seating comfort, and features common to both versions. For her, that visit helped seal the deal in advance of our vehicle delivery. We love the new ES and follow up contacts have been made by Seth and the Lexus of Cleveland team.
