Our guest service manager (Michaela Fitzpatrick) then worked tirelessly to find us another one and the same color and interior at some other dealership, which she did,. However, after further thought we decided to look at a different model where her teammates facilitated another appointment for us to test drive that vehicle as she was out of the office the day we called back. Most importantly among these teammates was Eve McLaughlin who brought to us all the cars we looked at and expertly advised us as to how everything worked. Eve worked especially hard to answer all our questions and make sure we were not wanting for anything.
