I originally encountered a problem setting up an appointment. The sales manager (Abdel Raghai) was extraordinary in terms of addressing my needs. Abdel was very sensitive to my situation, listened with care and concern and found a way to get me into a new vehicle (2022 RC300 FSport). The terms were excellent (cost/financing options). I would also like to thank Farid K. who was very helpful in the process and helped me get familiar with vehicle and all of the high tech electrical components. A Tale of Two Eddies. I have been looking to purchase a vehicle for a year, I came very close twice, the second time was at a Kia Dealership who shall remain nameless tha I have been looking to purchase a vehicle for a year, I came very close twice, the second time was at a Kia Dealership who shall remain nameless that had a Finance Manager whose pushiness eventually pushed me right out of the door. 4 months later, I stroll into Lexus of Concord and it was the best decision I could ever make for the purchase of a " New to Me" but slightly loved car. I was greeted by the friendly face of Eddie Yeomans, Supreme Sales Consultant. I knew the SUV I was interested in and after a walkaround, we went on a test drive where I jokingly asked Eddie if he wanted to grab lunch and mentioned I eat like a Hobbit. Upon returning to the dealership we got the paperwork started and the team made it a very smooth process in dealing with my bank. A few minutes after filling out some paperwork, I was on the phone with my insurance, he surprised me with a fresh nectarine. That small gesture really touched me and demonstrated the attention to detail and compassion that he carried (the fruit was delicious btw). Shortly after, we drove over to the main office and that is where I met Eddie Cervantes, Finance Manager Extraordinaire. He has a very friendly and calm demeanor and let me tell you, there was NONE of the anxiety I had felt the previous times. Of course he offered the usual extended warranty, GAP insurance and service packages and we played around with the numbers to see what the monthly payments would be if I wanted to purchase one. When I ultimately decided to pass and just get the vehicle, his demeanor was just as calm and easy going as it was when we first met. There wasn't any uncomfortable pressure or confrontational feeling whatsoever and the time I spent in his office was very pleasant. By the end of my visit I knew I was going to return to Lexus of Concord for my future automotive needs and I highly recommend them and the two Eddies to anyone who is looking to purchased a new or used vehicle. Go and give them a visit, you'll be glad you did! More
