Do NOT purchase any used vehicle from this dealership. The Sale people for this dealership are not truthful and tend to mislead you on the sale of the vehicle. I had purchased a used 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe The Sale people for this dealership are not truthful and tend to mislead you on the sale of the vehicle. I had purchased a used 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sports Suv from one of sale person. Before purchasing the vehicle, I had ask about the warranty of the vehicle and powertrain warranty. The sale person told me the vehicle has 100k/10years powertrain warranty for it and I need not to worry. Because the Hyundai would take care the transmission and engine for the warranty. I found out the next day the Hyundai does not honor second owner transfer for powertrain warranty like other car manufactures. Then I called the dealership and ask to return the vehicle, they told me it was not possible. When I told them what the sale person told me to make the sales. He denied our conversation about the warranty. I'm stuck with my purchase of this vehicle over 25k and there is no powertrain warranty . And there is a recall on this model with the engine locks up and stop during operation. Do your research before buying any vehicle from Concord, CA Lexus dealership. More
