We had our car maintenance/repair services done yesterday. Not only they completed excellent job as they normally do including providing a temporary car for us to use. The Lexus of Concord dealership was fine up to the point where Luvo, i was told he is the Finance Manager or someone who works with Baigil (the sales woman we were working with). Luvo was very rude and not where Luvo, i was told he is the Finance Manager or someone who works with Baigil (the sales woman we were working with). Luvo was very rude and not professional, it was explained to us that he is from another country. That is NO excuse, especially for someone who is in a "Finance" or Management position. That man just cost Baigil and the dealership a few sales, NOT just one sale because we were going to buy 2 vehicles!!! If I were that sales woman, i would be MAD because I had to make an excuse for someone else's poor communication skills costing ME sales opportunities!!! Very mad!!! How many other sales did that person cost other sales people there????? Fortunately, I am a mentor that can help! I have helped a LOT of adult students overcome communication"barriers" in their professional lives. The dealership has diversity in their workplace, that's fantastic, but that does not make for a great environment to communicate well. You guys have HALF the sales you could be making. So many excuses.... Oh communication issues.... There's a "chip shortage".... Inflation.... We ran out of pens to sign contracts.....no inventory.... SO many excuses! Very poor. How can anyone else see that your dealership is not making the number of sales it could be making? There are still cars on the lot. More
