Called into the dealership to test drive an SC430. When I returned from the drive, the salesman told me he had 'lost' my driver's license! Even worse, he more or less hassled me out of the dealership. I I returned from the drive, the salesman told me he had 'lost' my driver's license! Even worse, he more or less hassled me out of the dealership. I was so shocked at a 'luxry' marque salesperson behaving like this I went. Next day, no call to confirm the license was lost (even though he promised he would call to let me know). Day after that I called, and was told 'we are still looking for it'. Next day, again no call. Day after, I called to speak to the sales manager. He is turn called the salesman, and made him call me. The call I received was a tirade about me calling his manager, and that he was 'still looking, but I'll call you to let you know if we don't find it'. I got a new license from the DMV....and am still awaiting a call. Terrible dealership. More
