Service department has gotten progressively worse over the last couple of years. Communication is poor. I had to call to get updates. Waited 7 days to get my car fixed. Nick was our customer representative. He explained everything to us and was courteous. He went out of his way to walk back to his office and bring us our Bill to sign.
