The service they performed was done well and within the promised time frame. However, the job was incomplete as they did not have the part needed for a recall, which I had noted to them when I made my appo promised time frame. Car was overdue for service. Service done and inspection showed one damaged tire and others needed replacement. Tires replaced and windshield washer fluid tank replaced after apparent rodent damage.
