Ripped Off$1800 to replace 6 spark plugs and 6 coil Ripped Off $1800 to replace 6 spark plugs and 6 coil packs. Three front plugs and coil packs could not have taken more than 15 minutes. Service advisor just gave rote justification. Uncaring. Were all locked down, unemployed, with limited or no income while all of the Lexus TV ads are trying to convince us their a people/customer focused company. I will never buy another Lexus or take any vehicle to Concord Lexus Under any circumstances. More

Monday/Tuesday service was exellent in every way Bill Hammond was as good as possible with his recommendations and timetables. In addition to the scheduled work was a noise to be checked out and a repair Hammond was as good as possible with his recommendations and timetables.
