Excellent customer service I started out with Oakland Coliseum dealership for my car service and have always been happy there, and when I moved to Fremont I was skeptical of cha I started out with Oakland Coliseum dealership for my car service and have always been happy there, and when I moved to Fremont I was skeptical of changing my service location there, but they exceeded my expectations for over 4 years, nothing bad to say about that place. When I moved out to Concord 3 years ago, and started coming to the Concord dealership it was a huge disappointment, I was not happy working with my Technician Consultant for the longest time, and today I am finally assigned to Shane who is very helpful, kind and is knowledgeable..he got me in/out quick in a very timely manner. I hope Shane continues to be my Technician Consultant going forward. I do plan to buy another Lexus and will most likely be at Lexus Concord again if I can still work with Shane. More

Great Customer Service Experience My 2015 RX350 would not start so I had to have it towed to the nearest dealership, which turned out to be Lexus of Concord. From my initial call to the Customer Service desk, to the service agent who managed the repair, to person who helped arrange for the free courtesy vehicle loaner car, to the moment I drove off the lot with my fully repaired vehicle, I have to say it was an outstanding experience. I do not normally have my cars serviced in Concord but based on this experience I may have to reconsider that position. It was excellent. More

Given bad information! I won’t give names but hopefully when the manager calls we can get this resolved. Went in for a simple tire rotation and left with a 55,000 mile service. My grief comes from having to pay $99 for a oil change. Somethings up, it had only been 3800 miles since my last oil change and the service writer said I was only 1200 miles away from my next oil change. Well since they use synthetic oil, he also told me that the oil change should be in 10,000 mile intervals. I would not have agreed to the $99 oil change with that In mind. Hopefully they will do the right thing and give me a credit before I blow yelp up. Do the right thing Lexus Concord! More
