I came to Lexus dealer to have a problem with a hood cable fixed. The problem was identified quickly and it was explained to me in detail. It would take about 2 hours to get the new part obtained and in cable fixed. The problem was identified quickly and it was explained to me in detail. Jeffrey C Johnson who was supposedly my service consultant was very rude and very unhelpful. Was dismissive and no help to my questions about some functions of the car that I am not familiar with. consultant was very rude and very unhelpful. Was dismissive and no help to my questions about some functions of the car that I am not familiar with. Like what can I do to get a better mileage. He said nothing!!!!! He then kept me in the heat in my car for a long time to send someone else to help me. Upon my complaints he finally sent someone to me who had no knowledge of the car and he must have known that!!! When I asked that person how to find temperature meter on my dash he told me to google it!!!!! I said while driving? He said you can pull over!!!!!!!! I am very upset. Bad experience because of him. Never had that before. I will try to take my business somewhere else. Thank you for your attention. More
