No loyalty at Lexus Financial or Lexus of Edison Leased 2 vehicles and almost done with 2nf lease but STILL disputing an excess wear and tear charge that was ALREADY waived on a vehicle that was retu Leased 2 vehicles and almost done with 2nf lease but STILL disputing an excess wear and tear charge that was ALREADY waived on a vehicle that was returned over 2 years ago, Lexus would prefer to file a lien against me for 1k for a waived amount rather than have my continued patronage, Despicable AND fraudulent, be warned , they also lost my plates when I returned the vehicle which was a fiasco, Dealership unwilling to help and separates themselves from Lexus Financial and is only affiliated with them when it’s time to take your money, No one will go the extra mile here for you. More

Disrespectful I did inquiry for Lexus Rx 350 f sport online and received call from you guys to come there and check it out. I came there on 6/21/2018 at 5:45pm. Fir I did inquiry for Lexus Rx 350 f sport online and received call from you guys to come there and check it out. I came there on 6/21/2018 at 5:45pm. First i met Larry Bobrow and he showed me couple of Rx 350 Fsport. I was interested in Black one since they have only three of them. We started talking numbers and i wanted to buy the car with 60% cash down payment and 40% finance. Larry gave me offer for $55,000 which was still little high for me. He went to get Kelvin Camilo sales manager. Kelvin came and he asked me "what can i do to make you take this car home today. So, i said if i get the car for $50,000 out the door then i would take it home today. Kelvin said thank you for coming in a very rude way. It wasn't like, i am going to get the car for free. basically he just kick us out which was very disrespectful. He would have said "this is the best i can do with this car." Car i was looking which was 2018 but they use it for test drives. I was not 0 mileage or brand new car either. I thought this dealership gets the awards for customer services and manager should be a role model for their employees. It is like worst experiance ever. I would not suggest anyone to this dealership. Please choose any other dealership but this one. I wouldn’t go here even after they promise to give good service. They will say anything to get your business and that is it. This is the worst dealership to shop cars. Choosee anyone else but this one *Larry Bobrow was very friendly and respectful* More

Our salesman, Darryl Newman, returned my initial call inquiring about the vehicle, was there to assist me when I arrived, and took great care of us during the buying process. I had one small issue when I got the truck home and he saw to it I received a check for the part so I could take care of the issue myself. I would highly recommend the dealership and Mr. Newman. More

Will never consider going again!!! The worst customer service ever (not limited to car dealers) I had in America. Been to this place couple of weeks back to try a used car. All about only the sales guy: The level of information about cars was to the lowest it can be. Don't know even what my 6 year old kid knows the difference between 2013 and 2014 or later models in the car I was looking for. I had to push him for a test drive. After the drive, forget about letting me back into the showroom, he just stood in front of the car and wanted to cut the deal right there. In the sense, he did not want me to go back in there sit and negotiated. You cannot believe the answer to my following question Q: 'So, xxxxx is the price...what is the best you can do about it? Ans: Nothing. His body language was always to let me go away. I can just think of few reasons for his behavior: He thought I just browse around and test drive. I did not seem like the one who can buy a Lexus. May be by looking at my very old Kia? He did not like me. If you have no luxury car already and stepping out from a car like mine, please be far away from this place. He did not give any further chance to rate about other things though!!! More

Dale Johnson I decided to look for a new car after I finished paying off my previous car, it was time. I went back to where I bought my first car and found the same friendly face ready to help me again. My sales person, Dale Johnson, was extremely helpful, professional and kind. Everyone dreads dealing with a car salesperson, I actually enjoy it because of Dale. He is patient and listens to what your needs are verses pushing the sale on you. He was able to recommend and find the exact match for me and I couldn't be happier. I left with a 2017 GS F Sport, what a car! I can honestly say that if Dale was not the sales person I'm not sure I would have bought the car - there was no pressure, just a smooth transaction with a true professional, Thank You Dale, I love my car!
