Great Experience all around- Lexus of Edison This was my first Lexus experience and all around my husband and I were thoroughly impressed from the moment we walked in. The Sales reps did not bug This was my first Lexus experience and all around my husband and I were thoroughly impressed from the moment we walked in. The Sales reps did not bug us and we were able to look around and tell the receptionists when we were ready to take the test drive. Dale, our Sales rep was very personable, professional and explained all the features. I did not feel he was rushing us and answered all my questions. I was honest and said I wanted to test drive a few other SUVs before making my decision.The team did not call me consistently or send me numerous emails as other dealerships did. I was back to the Lexus dealership within the week and leased the RX. We met Justin and Danny from the Finance team and they were great as well. We did not walk out of the dealership until 10:30 on a Friday night so they all stayed late to help us. I know they were getting a sale but I did not feel that way. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I will continue to tell friends and family about it and am so happy with my new car! More
