When I met Anna, I had no idea what I was coming across as far as a usual stereo type BUY BUY BUY sales perseon but I was totally blown away by her excellent product knowledge and answering my questions without any hessitation. I was amazed how anyone could remember such details about a high tech automobiles. Jason is a true professional when it comes to thanking me for my business as soon as I walked to the office I call the dentist office (finance office). Making my experience even more favorable was my first experience at service. Driving right into their service bays and waiting in the gorgeous lounge made the appointment fly by. Additionally my wife left her Ipad in our old car which we traded in and we thought that we may never see it again. We called Dale and Jake a few days after our purchase thinking that we may have left it behind. They searched the vehicle and told us that they found it, so we give them an A for honesty! If you meet with Dale ask him to play his cell phone ringtone for you, it's the coolest. More

Dale was my salesperson. He was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable about the car (RX 350). Only thing I was not very happy about was the dealer sales manager offered the trade-in price of my previous R knowledgeable about the car (RX 350). Overall experience I would recommend Dale and the Lexus dealership in Edison. More
