I was impressed by Mr. Johnson because he was not pushy when it came to helping me choose the right car for my personality. Prior to arriving to the dealership I spoke to Mr. Johnson on the phone because I had a car in mind. I wanted the RX350 suv crossover but I was not sure which color I wanted to choose from. Therefore, Mr. Johnson made my experience very pleasant because he told me to choose three colors in which I had interest in. When I arrived at the dealership the cars that I chose and the colors were waiting outside for me as promised. Mr. Johnson was ready to answer the many questions that I prepared for him. He went through each individual detail in regards to the features he showed me the preset seating features, the features related to the Lexus enform system. He conveyed the significance of this system which I cannot live without. He was very honest and made sure that I felt comfortable with my purchase before I sat down with him to discuss further business. He allowed me to take my time sit in the different suv's and he informed me of the various features each car had to offer. He also conveyed the packages that were available. Furthermore, Mr. Johnson ensured to explain gas mileage and the additional features with ease. I did not feel any pressure during my experience nor did I feel as if I was left in the dark about my purchase or the car that I was about to purchase. I was 150% sure that I wanted this car but with Mr. Johnsons help I knew that it was the car for me. Mr. Johnson went far and beyond his position as a salesman. He came across as a friend and that helped me with my decision. Mr. Johnson was also available if I had any further questions after my purchase when I had to return to get my IBEX treatment placed on my car. I digress...if anyone wants a GREAT and EXCELLENT dealer thats honest and friendly Dale Johnson is the guy! More
