Hello Kumar, Thank you for your response. I tried speaking to our representatives to understand the details of your visit. It seems that it was an unfortunate coincidence that the vehicle's alternator went before you arrived. This vehicle was checked in our service department when it first arrived at the dealership, however we cannot control what happens to the vehicle over time. Had we known that the vehicle was not in running condition before you arrived, we would have never had inconvenienced you to visit for a test drive. This was a sincere mistake which resulted in a communication issue. Our dealership is committed to customer satisfaction. Mr. Cappiello, Customer Relations Manager of Lexus of Edison, has responded here. First, the response seems "canned" and secondly, how can Lexus of Edison resolve their "deceptive practice" of saying customer don't have to pay extra for the Lexus CPO warranty? Third, I've already purchased a Lexus CPO vehicle from an honest dealership.
