From the moment we walked in the door, we were greated and asked if we wanted to see anyone special. Several months ago we had stopped at Scanlon, just looking. He was busy so we waited and he came out to tell us he'd be with us shortly. We were given water and looked at other cars while waiting. We had a 2011 BMW with only 7600 miles on it that we'd be trading in. We went for a drive, all our questions were answered satisfactorly and we fell in love. The navigation, cooled seats ,comfort, and ease of driving sold us immediately. We wanted a trailor hitch added and chrome wheels and that was taken care of at a later date. Doug was very experienced and made the trade-in acceptable. I enjoy driving the Lexus as much as Roger and we could not be happiier or more satisfied with the vehicle or the friendly service at Scanlon. More
