My 5+ year-old garaged RX350 with only 25K miles had serious windshield streaks that had gotten worse over several years for no apparent reason which finally made driving hazardous. After considering throwing a rock through it to get it replaced, my last resort was to visit Lexus of Fort Myers where the service manager, Sam Jones was kind enough to turn his attention to my problem.
