I am now on my third Lexus, so I have experienced a few different dealerships for both sales and servicing. I usually enter the buying process with a feeling of negative anticipation - I have walked out o different dealerships for both sales and servicing. Entering the Ft. Myers dealership was a welcome change - you are greeted at the door, put at ease quickly, and treated to a no-nonsense car buying process. My consultant, Miguel Diaz-Granados (aka Michael), was amazing and provided great information during my test drive as well as post to allow me to decide on the purchase of my car. He was a wealth of information and able to answer every question I had. I never felt rushed or pressured in any aspect of the negotiation process, which solidified my decision to buy from the Ft. Myers dealership. In addition, the other members of the team, who handled other paperwork and set up of the new car, were also fantastic. Each person was an expert in their end of the buying process and it all lead to being able to trade my current Lexus in for the newer model and drive home in it the same day. I would recommend this dealership highly. More

My vehicle was evaluated in a timely manner but the employee who told me that she would come to the waiting area to update me never returned. I went to her office after I was puzzled that the mirror is employee who told me that she would come to the waiting area to update me never returned.
