Without a doubt, my experience today with Lexus of Fort Myers was the most pleasant. My Service Consultant, Steve, and Tire Consultant, Frank, were both super down to earth and made me feel comfortable. Even my short interaction with Trey, at the Parts Department, was pleasant and helpful. As a female, we often get mistaken as not knowing much about vehicle maintenance and repair, and not once did I feel that way with Lexus of Fort Myers. They answered all of my questions and gave me straight forward answers. Thanks for the service and look forward to next time! More
