When I had a very negative experience with my closest Lexus dealership, I made an appointment with Dan and he made me feel heard, appreciated, and like family. Any time I have ever had an issue or was not 100% satisfied with my service, Dan always goes out of his way to make it right, he even wiped down my mothers car a little when it came back a little dirty on the inside, and checked the inside of my tires himself to see and tell me they were wearing down a weird way so I could fix the problem. I always enjoy seeing him for my appointments and the hour travel is worth every penny to be able to continue to work with him, because I know that my vehicle is in great hands with Dan. More
