I waited at the dealership 4 hours for a service that I was told would be finished in 1 1/2 hours. 1 was shocked. Obviously, too many cars are being scheduled to be serviced at one time. I expected more efficient service from Lexus. The people working there were all very nice but their hands were tied as far as getting my car serviced faster. I would rather have scheduled it on a less busy day or been told up front it would be 4 hours so I could have left and come back another day. More
