He spent a number of hours with me in a very busy dealership, end of month activity.Ray helped me secure a price for the vehicle that I was comfortable with. I have purchased many new vehicles in my lifetime but found the process, for the most part simplified and direct. I recommend Ray when dealing with the dealership to act as your ally in securing a favorable deal. The only aspect of the process that was unpleasant was the wait associated with finalizing the deal. Perhaps, the last day of a major promotion, but from agreement to finalization took far more time then I have ever experienced. The time spent waiting to complete the transaction diminished the excitement and pleasure of buying a new car. It, for me, has remained one of the buying experiences that still make me feel like a 17 year old. To lose that sensation due to excessive wait to pay was a disappointment. This should be addressed by the management of the dealership. More

Susann Nogales , and Wagner Brenes (The 5 Star Team) Scanlon Lexus is the ideal dealership to go to buy your car. Wagner Brenes, the salesperson is very professional, courteous and highly knowledgeable i Scanlon Lexus is the ideal dealership to go to buy your car. Wagner Brenes, the salesperson is very professional, courteous and highly knowledgeable in the car business. I drove about three (3) hours from the east coast to finalize the purchase of the vehicle. There are numerous dealerships in my area that were selling the same car. But it is was worth EVERY MILE I drove to go to Scanlon Lexus. You do not see this level of expertise and professionalism elsewhere. Most other dealerships in my area have so much markup in their car inventory which drive the price high, and they palter you with all kinds of bogus incentives to try to earn your business . BUT Scalon Lexus of Fort Myers is totally different, their cars are a BARGAIN, with CLEAN CAR FAX,(most of them certified). I am talking about at least 3 thousand dollars saving compare to any other dealership in Palm Beach selling the same car, or nearby. When it was time for financing, Susan NOGALES, literally donates this FJ cruiser to me at an APR of 2.17% for 72 months. Susan is Christian first, then a friend, then an advisor, and finally a finance manager. She is very transparent and work tooth and nail to make it HAPPEN. I have done business with most dealership in Palm Beach , or around(AND I am not an easy buyer). But at Scalon Lexus, and especially with a salesperson like Wagner Brenes, and a finance representative like Susann Nogales, What you see is not JUST what you get, but at at much lower price you were ready to pay. All of that comes of course with the regular 5 star Lexus complementary services. If you are serious about buying a car, make the trip to lexus of Fort Myers, you won't regret it no matter where you are in the STATES.
