Excellent customer service We live in Sarasota and it was well worth the 75 minute drive to Scanlon Lexus. They had a good selection of certified Lexus Models to choose from. He was always available, friendly, courteous and was extremely low-pressure. He is a classic gentleman, an articulate salesperson and an excellent representative of the dealership. He patiently explained all the options in the myriad and confusing packages that Lexus offered in our model and when it came time to discuss pricing and payment, he and the sales manager really tried their best to make the sale work for us.
